This tiny baby was photographed in a pretty dress, on a lacy blanket, all on a chair. Baby looks sweet and calm, maybe just had a good meal and is relaxed? It’s unfortunate that we can’t see much of the detail on Baby’s long dress. There appears to be some kind of embellishment on the lower skirt, but I can’t tell quite what it is. Further, the lacy blanket could be a special type of lace, but I don’t know enough about antique lace to say anything about it.
The photographer was A. N. Graham of East Tawas, MI. This small town is located generally Northeast from Saginaw, in between Tawas Bay and Tawas Lake.
