This is a simple little photo showing a couple on a raised porch. It’s difficult to see the details, but based on the dress the man’s hat, this is a pre WWI image. Shortages of fabric are partially what drove women’s fashion changes and led to the flapper look in the Roaring Twenties. The house appears to be on the side of a hill and looks to be unpainted. Beyond that, I can’t tell you where or when.
