Another unidentified portrait of a group of lovely young women. I believe of the six women shown, we have seen the young lady at the sort of 1 o’clock position. Compare her kind looking face with this image of Donna Anspach. What do you think?
I think this is some kind of sorority photo, based on the olive branches or laurel boughs the girls are holding/wearing. The original image is quite small, only 3″ wide by about 2″ tall, and it is on a larger piece of bristol board cut into an oval shape. No photographer information is on the backing. I’m guessing at the early 1900s on this image.
I’d put Donna at 9 o’clock. Nice oval format. The branches/boughs are also interesting.
