Here we have the graduation photo of one Frances Guisinger VonKaenel, valedictorian for the class of 1915, although it is unknown what school she graduated from. This photo is in a sleeve that has been folded back on itself and then taped in place. The photographer was not fully named but the name began with a P.
Who Were They? 
Wonder if she went on to fulfilling advanced education?

Aunt Francis was a school teacher when Her a Hans Otto met in Missouri but when the Moved to Colorado the states didn’t reciprocate degrees and she would had to get another teaching degree so being a farmers wife she just too a new job raising her brood .she from the stories was a really amazing woman.

:) Believe it or not – there is a VonKaenel family living in Savannah, Andrew County, Missouri in 1915.
I think this is Francis L Guisinger (b. 1894) daughter of William and Emma Guisinger living in Empire, Andrews County, Missouri in 1910.
In the 1930 US Census, she is married to Hans VonKaenel, and has children: Rolfe male, age 13, Joyce age 11, Kenneth age 10, Jean female age 5, and Doris age 4 underfoot living near Sterling, Logan County, Colorado.

I could see that, Constance “Dolly” von Kaenel who is Clotilda’s daughter was born in Savannah, Missouri.

Francis’ sister Clotilda “Vonnie” M. (Guisinger) also married a Von Kaenel. She was born 11 Mar 1895 and died 9 Feb 1996

Hans Otto died young of pneumonia after his death the family struggled and the boys I know Kenneth had to quit school to help his mother on the farm

Joyce and Jean I believe are still living in Colorado sent them a framed copy of their mom several years ago. Aunt Francis remarried and had a daughter who lives in Texas.I believe now she possess the fan album.
