Today’s photo is identified to some degree, in that it names Mr & Mrs Havens. But, beyond that, it’s not possible to tell which of these people match those names. The photo was taken in the 1930s to 40s based on the snapshot type. The back reveals they were “at cottage on” a difficult to discern location near 3 dams. I did find there is a “Guana River” in Florida, on the east coast near Jacksonville. However, the current map does not show any dams, let alone three of them. The writing could read “Air Sauna River,” “Air Guana River,” “Au Sauna,” “Au Guana” or something else that isn’t jumping out to me. It could also be a misspelling of Iguana. There is an Iguana River in Venezuela, however this feels like a stretch to me. None of the other photos in the collection suggest anything international.
