I love the faded teal blue of this card. It is so different from the standard cream, buff, red and green you see on Christmas greeting cards. It reads:
A Merry Christmas
And a Happy New Year
Cordial Christmas greetings
And best wishes for the coming year
The greeting on the front seems rather tepid, don’t you think? Cordial Christmas greetings? It’s like a limp handshake. The back belies the front, however. It is signed:
