Unfortunately, it resulted in the photographer’s information being cut off. The subject looks to be about 14 years old, and for some reason he makes me think of Thomas Edison – though they look nothing alike. Could this be a younger version of the possible son of Nina Dobb? How I wish we had some more names to work with!

I wonder what is on the other end of the chain – I assume a pocket watch. I looked at Little Lord Fauntleroy and … I don’t know.

His hair is very carefully combed. I’m sure he was well loved. He looks very sweet, although I can also imagine him with a slingshot.

I have many photos like that from hubby’s aunt. I hate that they cut them and as these are all loose and had been in albums with black paper backing, it makes it all the more strange. Nice photo hope you identify him. I have about 6 like that I’ll share sometime.

I don’t know why but I can imagine him being either a bully or very standoffish. Perhaps I’m remembering boys like this from my schooldays. Boys a bit larger than the other kids in class using their size to push smaller boys around. And then of course perfect smiles for the teacher.

I always look at the ears..this fellows ear looks different from the fellow in the photo next to Nina. I hate the cut off photos..they remove what little info there is..I bought a whole bunch of wedding photos..all chopped off and no names:(
