Lost and forgotten photos from the past

 

I’m calling this photo “annoyed mustache” because the subject has an unfortunate expression on his face. The large mustache hides his lips, and therefore we can’t guess if his expression is just on the cusp of laughing or yelling. He just looks annoyed with the whole photography process! 

Note his coat and waistcoat are both unbuttoned. I don’t know what era this fashion falls into, but it’s likely that “all the fellows” were wearing their clothing this way. His tie looks to be simple, a string bow tie with some decorative edging.
