Cute kid having fun on a spring day. You can just see the pedals of the front wheel right around the cuff of the child’s pants. I love the rolled cuffs and brimmed hat. However, I can’t imagine the seat of this fine three wheeled conveyance was all that comfortable as it looks to be a board.
Who Were They? 
Adorable! I’m also struck by all the windows. Assuming that’s a house, it must have been very sunny inside!
