A second greeting sent to Anna Chodl, this time from 1913. The card is again written in another language. You can see on the back that a stamp was once on the card, but it’s likely a philatelist removed it at some point. Note that the greeting includes the address (?) 3145 Russell.
I love the art deco style and colors of this card! It was sent by Leona. The card reads: Good Wishes at Christmas Time One of the greatest joys of life is having friends – another, wishing them Merry Christmas
Velma sent this card, to someone. It reads Little choir boys lift their voices And all the world today rejoices May your heart sing bright and clear With joy today and all the year
I rather like this sentimental greeting with the old fashioned bonnet and muff worn by the subject – even for the 1910s it was an old fashioned look. The greeting reads A Merry Christmas to You and a Happy New Year Mrs Michael
