Today’s image is of a lovely, round faced lady with very curly hair. She has a jabot on her false vested dress, and a necklace over the jabot. The photographer was Harrington, who I have posted on an older post. A site reader at that time identified him as Neil P. Harrington of West Salem, Orrville and Wooster, Ohio.
Who Were They?
